James H. McCullough ("Jimmie")

James H. McCullough (“Jimmie”), a managing partner, joined the law firm in 1980. Mr. McCullough obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1976 and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 1979. Mr. McCullough was the County and District Attorney of Robertson County from 1985 to 1992. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts, including the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Jimmie focuses his practice on oil and gas, real estate, estate planning, wills and trusts, estate administration, criminal law, municipal law, banking law, condemnation and litigation.
