MEDIATION

Although first and foremost a full time lawyer engaged in the vigorous representation of clients, attorney Trey Russ is also a licensed mediator in accordance with Section 154.052 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. 

As an attorney with a wide practice that includes family law, personal injury and litigation, Trey has an understanding of issues relevant to most any type of case.

(Mediations are typically conducted at our office in Franklin. However, if desired or simply more convenient, Trey will gladly travel to your office to conduct the mediation).

MEDIATION FEE SCHEDULE

HALF-DAY MEDIATION (4 Hours)

$500.00 per party
Morning mediation: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Afternoon mediation: 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

FULL-DAY MEDIATION (8 Hours)

$1,000.00 per party (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
           

**Additional time, if needed, is charged at the rate of $125.00 per hour per party.

**There are no fees associated with a cancellation of a previously scheduled mediation.  Any fees paid in advance will be refunded in full.
